Where are the garments made?

Although we may source our fabrics globally from the finest drapers, all of our garments are thoughtfully designed and made in the United States.

How does your sizing run?

Our ready to wear is made to fit true to size but there are exceptions due to styles and fabrics used. Please see the detailed descriptions and sizing charts available on the product detail pages for more information.

Shipping

What are my shipping options?

For standard U.S. orders, the processing time is up to 2 business days after the order is received. All orders placed after 12PM EST or on weekends or holidays will begin processing the following business day.

• Standard U.S. Shipping (4-8 Business Days) is $10.00 or free on orders $150+.
• Express U.S. Shipping (2-3 Business Days) is $25.00.
• Overnight U.S. Shipping (1 Business Day) is $35.00.

For International orders, the processing time is up to 4 business days after the order is received. All orders placed after 12PM EST or on weekends or holidays will begin processing the following business day.

• Standard International Shipping pricing and time varies by destination country

How do I track my order?

Your tracking number can be found in your shipping confirmation email, or you may view your order and shipping information by signing into your Angela Horton account.

I didn’t receive my order, what happens?

If you believe your package is lost, email us right away at, contact@angelahorton.com, so that we can take care of it as quickly as possible. Please report lost packages to us within 7 business days of the original delivery date. Kindly note if a package has been delivered to the correct shipping address that was provided at checkout and/or has been signed for upon delivery, we cannot be held responsible for that package.

What happens if there is an item missing from my package?

We do our best to ship your exact order as submitted, however due to stock availability, some items may not ship with your order. You will be notified as soon as possible and will not be charged for unfulfilled merchandise.

Placing an item in your shopping cart does not ensure its availability when you are ready to complete your purchase, and all orders are subject to product availability.

How long is the processing time?

Processing time for Standard orders may vary, however, we do guarantee your order is delivered within the shipping window selected. Express and Overnight orders are processed the same day, if received by 12PM EST, Monday - Friday. Orders placed after 12PM EST or on weekends will begin processing the following business day.

Our Return Policy 

Returnable Items 

Returnable items can be returned within 30 days of receiving shipment. Returns must be completed by mail. Step by step instructions on how to return an item can be found on Making a Return. 

Returning Swimwear 

Please note: Returned swimwear must be unworn and sent back with all tags and protective liners intact. Items that have been worn or with missing tags or liners will not be eligible for return.

When shipping a return by mail, please follow these guidelines: 

Items must be returned in their original condition, with original packaging with all tags attached.  

We offer two refund options for returnable merchandise: 

You can select to return for merchandise credit and enjoy free return shipping. (Note: Air-shipping rates apply for Alaska and Hawaii.) 

You can select to return for a refund to the original form of payment and receive merchandise refund less shipping fee, if applicable.   

Please note we cannot be held accountable for packages that are lost in transit. You will receive email confirmation once your return has been processed. If you have chosen a refund, it will be issued to your credit card for the purchase price of the merchandise and any sales tax you may have incurred. Please note we cannot refund shipping charges.   

Wrong, Damaged or Defective Items 

If you received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Service team so we can resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

 Refund Timelines 

Angela Horton will begin processing your return as soon as it is delivered to our warehouse. You will receive an email letting you know that we’ve received your return.  

Once accepted and processed, you will see your merchandise credit appear on your Angela Horton account within 2-3 business days. If you opted for refund to original form of payment (less shipping fee if applicable), you will see your refund in 10 business days, depending on your financial institution.  

Where we issue a refund and subsequently determine in our discretion that your return did not comply with our return policy and/or was the result of fraud, we reserve the right to recharge your payment method on file for the merchandise. 

Gift Returns 

If you received an item from Angela Horton as a gift, and are dissatisfied, you may return the item for Merchandise Credit. Please contact us here regarding your concern.

Please have your gift receipt or pack slip ready, which lists your order number or shipment ID.

Orders

Can I cancel or edit an order? 

Once orders are placed, they are quickly transmitted to our warehouse for processing, which prevents us from making changes. For U.S. orders, your order will be shipped and can be returned for free.
